Job Posting: Marketing Automation/Ads Consultant at Success Engine

Position Overview: Success Engine, an innovative digital marketing firm, is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation/Ads Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for developing and managing effective online marketing strategies for our diverse client base, as well as for our own company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Marketing Funnel Development: Design and implement efficient online marketing funnels tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring optimal customer journey and conversion rates. These funnels will be created by our implementation team overseas, but you will be required to oversee and check for quality.
2. Ads Management: Execute and oversee online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. This includes ad creation, targeting optimization, performance monitoring, and budget management. Part of this will include regularly analyzing campaign data to gauge effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary. Provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics and insights.
3. Consulting Clients on Marketing Automation: Provide expert advice and strategies to clients on how to effectively use marketing automation tools and techniques to maximize their digital marketing efforts. We will train you on the tools we use most frequently.
4. Internal Advertising Campaigns: Strategically run and manage advertising campaigns for Success Engine, aimed at attracting new clients and enhancing our brand presence in the digital space.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand goals, provide expert guidance, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
6. Staying Ahead of Trends: Continuously update knowledge on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and online advertising.
• Proficiency in using various ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
